IRB Meeting Schedule

The GMU IRB meets monthly. Studies requiring full board review are assigned to the next available IRB meeting agenda once the IRB Specialist has completed their pre-review and determined it is complete and no further information/clarification is required before it is shared with members.  The IRB recommends that full board studies are submitted a minimum of three weeks before the next IRB meeting.

All other submissions (i.e., Exempt and Expedited) are reviewed on an ongoing basis and are not assigned to an IRB meeting agenda for review.
